By using ShambaTrack, you agree to use the platform responsibly and comply with all applicable laws. You may not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription & Payment

ShambaTrack operates on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data.
• Do not use the service to transmit harmful or illegal content.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your information.
